The Beatles' Rubber Soul at 60 - with Jumbo Gibson

Date: 25 September 2026

Location: East Kilbride Arts Centre

Time: 19:30

The Beatles' Rubber Soul at 60 - with Jumbo Gibson 25 September 2026 7:30pm £15.00 (subject to £1.50 transaction fee) East Kilbride Arts Centre

A live celebration of the Beatles' pivotal album… and more!

Experience all 14 tracks live; from 'Drive My Car' to 'Run For Your Life' and every track in between. The band will play classics such as 'Norwegian Wood', 'Nowhere Man', 'Michelle' and 'In My Life', as well as the single, 'We Can Work It Out' b/w 'Day Tripper' (released the same day as the album in 1965).

And if that isn't enough for you, the evening will close with a second set packed full of Beatles classics.

Jumbo Gibson are one of Scotland's most renowned live and originals bands, playing events and festivals around the country for the past decade. 12 out of the 14 songs on Rubber Soul were never played live by The Beatles themselves, so this is a one-off opportunity for you to hear how they would have sounded, played authentically by a 4-piece band.

No wigs... no costumes... no gimmicks... no backing tracks... just Fab music, played live!

"We are not a tribute band, so don't expect wigs and costumes. We are Beatles fans (like you) who just happen to be in a band together and who love a challenge. We have been very meticulous in our rehearsals and instrumentation to ensure that this will be an authentic experience that all Fabs fans will enjoy - including us! We'd love for you to join us"
