Bookings are now live to visit Santa at Calderglen Country Park!

Our wonderful, highly rated Grotto has all the Christmas spirit you'll need to make some magical memories.

Meet the jolly man himself and have a chat, take some photos. Children receive a gift, small hot chocolate voucher for the Courtyard Café and reindeer dust to help the reindeer land on Christmas Eve.

Please arrive at the time you are allocated as there is a very small waiting area. You are welcome to visit the zoo before your visit - open from 10:00am until 3:30pm during December, zoo admission required.

Hot on the heels of the phenomenal success of 2024, Michelle McManus’ Winter Wonderland is back for 2025 so get ready to shake your Christmas baubles!

Michelle will be joined by Scotland’s award-winning Greatest Hits Radio Breakfast Show presenter Cat Harvey, as the hilarious Fairy Bampot and as if touring with Hugh Jackman wasn’t enough, the incredible SoundSational will be back to dazzle you with their show-stopping vocals.

Enjoy a family friendly afternoon tea at Low Parks Museum with a very special guest! Santa will be on hand to chat to all our guests and perhaps even give the children a present (if they’ve finished their tea!).

Santa has taken some time away from the North Pole to set up his workshop within our magical winter wonderland! Take a walk through the magical forest and take a photograph in Santa’s sleigh before you meet him as he works away making lots of toys! If Santa decides you’ve been good, he’ll let you pick a toy of your choice from his toy shelves!
