New System Incoming

We’ll soon be upgrading our front-of-house system - the system that lets you book classes, pay for activities, and register your visit on arrival.

This page will be a hub for updates throughout the process, where you can check in to see which facility is being upgraded and when.

Developed in partnership with leisure management software provider Legend, the new system is expected to go live for our leisure centres from June onwards.

We want to assure you that the transfer of customer data from our current system to the new Legend system will be done safely and securely.

You’ll be invited to activate your online account once it’s ready, and a step‑by‑step guide will be available to help you set everything up.

This upgrade represents a significant step forward in how we deliver services and engage with our customers. It forms part of our ongoing commitment to delivering a modern, customer‑focused experience for residents across South Lanarkshire.

Further onsite improvements have been made such as our recent gym refurbishment project, Wi-Fi installation, new access gates and doors and fresh reception areas – all made possible by South Lanarkshire Council’s £2.7m Transformation Fund.
