New System Incoming

We’re getting ready to launch our new front-of-house system – the system that lets you book classes, pay for activities and register your visit on arrival.

The new system, developed in partnership with leisure management software provider Legend, will be introduced gradually, with a couple of sites going live at a time from Tuesday 22 September 2026.

This move marks a key milestone towards improving your customer experience with us when booking and using facilities across South Lanarkshire.

In the meantime, we ask for your patience and understanding during this significant transition. Please remember to be kind to our staff as they familiarise themselves with a brand-new system and new ways of working.

What do I need to do?

The majority of the changeover will be completed behind the scenes for you. However, an important step will require you to activate your new online account.

You’ll soon receive an invitation from Legend which includes simple step-by-step instructions to help you get set up.

To be able to make future bookings with us online or on our app, you must activate your online account with Legend. We highly recommend you activate your account as soon as you receive this information.

Please make sure your contact details are up to date so you don’t miss out.

What will happen during the changeover?

We’ll be moving sites across one or two at a time to help manage the transition.

During each changeover, there will be some short, temporary impact to our online services. It’s important that you check this page regularly for important information on dates and planned downtime which may affect your bookings.

If you have already booked an activity, such as a fitness class or badminton session, there’s no need to take any action. Your booking will be transferred to the new system.
